If you plan to bring a car over, we suggest that you make ferry reservations now.  The Steamship Authority runs hourly ferries out of Woods Hole, MA.  Vehicle reservations can be made online or by phone: 508 477 8600.  The Steamship boats serve booze, chowder and are usually full of adorable dogs.

If you don't plan on bringing a car over to the Island, but will be driving to Woods Hole, there are multiple off-site pay parking lots that provide shuttle service to the ferry.

Additional passenger ferry service from Boston / New Bedford is available via Seastreak.  These boats are zippy, choppy and do not accommodate vehicles.

If for some reason you are flying into the Providence Airport / TF Green - The Fast Ferry from North Kingston provides direct shuttle service to and from the airport.  The shuttle time is only ten minutes to the ferry dock.  Reservations are required!

Cape Air provides year-round service from Boston's Logan Airport to/from Martha's Vineyard Airport.  Cape Air also provides additional seasonal service from Westchester, NY, TF Green Providence airport and New Bedford, MA Airport. 

JetBlue provides service direct from New York's JFK airport to Martha's Vineyard.  Book early!
